Nick Segal, Chairman

Nick SegalNick joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in August 2006 as a partner in our restructuring and insolvency group, based in London. Nick is dual qualified (England and New York) and has specialised in a wide variety of work in commercial and banking law, insolvency and litigation. Nick has written and lectured extensively on restructuring restitution and insolvency law and has contributed to a number of leading textbooks. He is a visiting fellow at Queen Mary and Westfield College and at University College in the University of London.

Genevieve Muinzer, Vice Chairman

Genevieve MuinzerGenevieve Muinzer has specialized in the field of communications and has worked broadly in the areas of journalism, academia and charities since 1975. She has been a broadcaster, columnist, and writer for organisations that include the BBC radio and the International Herald Tribune, the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian and was Editor in Chief for The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, where she worked from 2001, and in 2012 as a Director of Historic Royal Palaces Inc. she contributes regularly to the Friends’ magazine.

Gregory S Gallopoulos, Trustee

Gregory S GallopoulosGreg Gallopoulos is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for General Dynamics. Before joining General Dynamics in 2008, Mr. Gallopoulos served as national managing partner of Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago from 2005 until 2008. Prior to that he served as a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. Gallopoulos received his juris doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and received his A.B. degree from the University of Michigan. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the International Bar Association. He is a director of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, a trustee of WETA, Inc., a trustee of The Supreme Court Historical Society, a trustee of Anatolia College, and a trustee of The Foundation for International Law.

Barnabas Reynolds, Trustee

Barnabas Reynolds Barnabas Reynolds is head of the global Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory Group and is Global Co-Head of Financial Institutions for Shearman & Sterling. He advises the full range of financial market participants on their businesses in the London and European markets. His practice focuses on financial institution law and regulation and legal risk management, national and cross-border. From 2010 to 2014, he served as an elected member of Shearman & Sterling’s Policy Committee. Barnabas is recognised as a leading UK and EU financial regulatory lawyer, including being named as a Law360 MVP and being included in The Lawyer Hot 100 list.
